Tim Firth was ordained as a Catholic priest in 1967 and worked in the Westminster diocese as a curate and parish priest, taught theology at Allen Hall, was involved youth and adult formation work and was one of the Vicars General for six years. Since leaving the priesthood he was the international Human Resources manager for the global accountancy firm Deloitte. Now 'retired' he does human resources consultancy, is actively involved in inter-faith work and Renewal Arts - an international network of artists who see the arts as catalysts for spiritual change. He lives in Sussex with his wife who is a former theatre director and the Co-ordinator of Renewal Arts.
